***LGBTQ+ friendly home. 17yr old House Cat lives here*** Welcome to Miss Fancy. This victorian home was built in the late 1800's and has been everything from a spa to a brothel to a BnB. This home is currently used part time as a photo studio for Madison Hurley Photography!
The cottage is located right off Historic Bathhouse Row on Central Avenue in downtown Hot Springs and is walking distance from many restaurants and shopping spots. No children allowed due to house cat, breakables, and vintage furniture.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

This beautiful cottage is just 2 blocks from bathhouse row. A very romantic 1940/50s pin-up-era retreat that embraces all the charming details. Plus the stay comes with Miss Leo.. most darling little kitty
