We enjoyed our stay. Our room was small but still convenient for what we needed. Beach towels were provided as long as you return. The only hassle we encountered was the walk to the parking lot is about 6mins but that is no fault of hotel. Just each outting it became annoying and took time and we had to haul or belongings but we still made it work. We would return again.

Excellent accommodations. Room was a little small but convenience & extra courteous staff made up for it. Theyre just genuinely warm. Silk restaurant across is phenomenal & grocery is also just across. Walk to Condado area

Clean relaxing hotel, appropriate aromas used throughout facility that promote peace and relaxation. Food was fantastic both times we visited the pool. Very hospitable staff. Short walk to the beach and stores nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is overrated. The furniture in the rooms are filthy, and with so much condensation the floors are a fall hazard. Poor quality Wi-Fi and we’re charged $5 for utensils for our room service order. We could never reach the front desk even prior to check in to set up special in room services. The staff was very lackadaisical. This anniversary stay was very disappointing.
