Checking in experience was great (dhenesse)was amazing .the room was horrible dusty and smelly ..we had an old two mattresses litteraly in front of our door no idea what those mattresses for .no water bottles while we got informed that we do …the coffee machine was broken we asked to come and fix it.no tissue it was empty,they changed it the second day of our stay .the best thing at this resort is the location..location is amazing close to everything .

Property is not on the beach, it’s right across from the beach, walking distance. But it doesn’t sit on the beach. We traveled with a baby and they gave us a room that is very close to the dj. It was very loud throughout our stay. I had to blast our noise sound machine. We wanted to get an upgrade they never upgraded our room, stated the whole hotel is booked but then when you check online they still had upgraded rooms available, they kept telling me they would let us know if any room becomes available, called the next day to see if any available and still said they are booked. I called 2 times but then I just gave up. I complained about the dj during the day and at night time hence we have a baby. They said they can move us to different room but it was too much of a hassle to move to a different basic room. The room itself the couch is sooo dirty and outdated, I asked them to give us a different room with a cleaner couch hence I want my 10 month to be able to sit on the couch, they stated they don’t have any room available. Also our room was at the end of the hallway and the emergency stair door was right to it, and so everytime someone would open you would hear a loud bang noise. From the photos hotel pool looks so nice, but it is very small and we didn’t even get to use it because it was sooo packed all the time and such a small pool. First two days, house keeper never cleaned our room. Third day I had to call them to come clean it. Also hotel fee has so many taxes!!!!!

We stayed at this property for a week May 23-30 2025, the property is gorgeous and right across from Waikiki Kuhio Beach and Duke Statue in the heart of the action. On the second day I had rented a car and went down to register and pay the $50 nightly charge. The attendant informed me that (out of the blue to me) I was eligible for the Longboard Club upgrade!!! This included breakfast and dinner she said!! Also she comped my parking fee saving me $50!! Now I have been to free breakfasts in other waikiki hotels and they were usually coffee and a roll..low n behold breakfast was eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, coffee, juice, yogurt, chia seed coconut, rice, pancakes!! Dinner was pasta bar! Salad, salami+cheese charcuterie plates, and to top off FREE beer and wine!! This saved me enormous time and money looking for food around expensive waikiki. Our housekeeper for room 511 was exceptional and all the help there were awesome!! Special shoutout to our Lei and Hula instructor James who shared the culture in an extremely special way! I cant recommend this hotel even more! We will definately come back and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for making our stay and Anniversary a memorable one. Ron and family

We stayed for a week. Based on the photos I was expecting a walk in shower- upgraded/modern amenities is very important to me. The only reason I chose this hotel over others was because I was expecting a walk in shower. I honestly should have chosen the Romer House hotel on Nahua (I've stayed there multiple times before). The elevators take FOREVER. We left the room early to enjoy our day and returned early evening around 4pm to find that housekeeping still didn't service our room (multiple times)- had to turn them away when they finally knocked on our door because we were showering or resting from a long day- we still tipped them, however. We stayed 6 nights- the first night the room was serviced before we returned- the remaining nights housekeeping either didn't show up or showed up too late (after 4pm). Charging $10/day for a microwave is ridiculous- but a microwave is a necessity on a week-long vacation to reheat leftovers. Microwaves should be included in rooms nowadays. Staff was very nice. The property was nice, the rooms were average, service and amenities were average- I liked that it was located in a walkable location.

Hotel ride by the beach.

Everything was wonderful except a few things. The bathroom got kind of stuffy, but it did have a bidet. My mother fell due to a platform where they had lounge chairs. She wasn't only one, other guests also fell. So if you don't watch your step you could fall.

The public areas of the hotel were lovely. However, my room was dated and did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel. The toilet was broken and remained unfixed despite multiple requests. Housekeeping repeatedly missed my room, and requests for towels and other essentials were sometimes ignored. Most concerning, I discovered fresh blood on the duvet upon arrival, indicating that the bedding had not been changed. Unfortunately, none of these issues were addressed by the hotel during my stay.
