Really great property and setup with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Communication was great. House was clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in the house as a group of 5 and had plenty of space. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

The Day and night house was the perfect place for our family of seven adults (30 something’s to 80 somethings) to spend a week together on beautiful Anna Maria Island.Both sides of the house are well appointed with everything you could need from bikes, beach chairs, flotation devices for the lazy river..washers and dryers on both sides. Four bedrooms and four bathroom bathrooms plus amazing outdoor showers!Since we were with my elderly parents in their 80s, I would point out that the condo is on the upper level and you need to go down steep stairs to get to the lower level where the driveway and pool are located.House is centrally located right in the middle of the island with great access to both the North Shore and South Shore. The owners of the home and the Property Manager are all easily accessible and super friendly and helpful.

The house was set up with everything you can think of. Hosts Bob and June were very helpful to answer any questions and were super nice. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Great house with amazing hosts! There is nothing you need. They have everything. All up to date. Nothing worn down and old feeling. Very clean. House was close to everything. Pool was a major plus! Communication with the host was the best.

Great property, great owners.

The property was far and away the best-appointed beach house that we've ever rented (of 10+). The owners were on point with all communications and easy to work with. We definitely look forward to staying at 'A Lazy River Day & Night' again.

We loved this property. The house was stocked with everything and anything you could possible need. The house was super clean. June and Bob checked on us several times to see if we needed anyhiing. 10 minute walk to the beach and the perfect size pool to cool off after the walk back. We loved our evenings grilling by the pool. We will stay again if we visit beautiful Anna Maria Island again.

Fabulous Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything you would need for the week. We spent a lot of time at the pool and and made a few trips to the beautiful beaches on the island. We will be back for sure!

Property nice but do recommend renting golf cart to get to beach and restaurants unless you are fit and use to walking in the heat. Home had everything you need and more

Nice Place

Has everything you need for the beach. Rent a golf cart to enjoy the whole island and a 2 minute ride to the beach. Very responsive and helpful owner.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back! Perfect set up for two families traveling together. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool area is beautiful and our kids had a blast going back and forth between each side. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Very nice and well stocked duplex!

Worked very well for traveling with another family! Extremely clean and lots of things included with duplex that made our vacation even more stress free! The owners were very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Extended Stay

What a great place! We rented the whole duplex, perfect location, quiet road, enjoyed having the bikes, plenty of pool items, floats, cozy outside furniture, etc. This house was more stocked with essentials than any other place I've stayed. The owners were truly wonderful! It couldn't have been any better for our extended stay, we LOVED it...thank you!!

The stay was pretty perfect:) Rented both units with family and it was a great set up. Both units very clean and had everything you could need and more. The garages were stocked with all beach amenities--bikes were a hit! The owner, June, was so helpful. Responded within minutes to every question I had, making the check in process easy. The pool was so nice. Having two separate areas was so nice for the teens:) Will stay again!!

Great House for Two Families

We had an incredible stay at the Lazy River House. The house is a duplex which is absolutely perfect because we had one side and our friends had the other. The owners go above and beyond to provide you with what you need in order to enjoy your vacation. They are incredibly thoughtful and the owners are the ones who make this house a perfect place for a fun and memorable vacation! We highly highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Place!

Location, amenities, pool, home...everything was wonderful. Four nice bedrooms all with their own bath. Everything you could ever want or need was in this duplex. Nicely decorated and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Just over half a mile walk to Ginny and Jane E's and Pine street is just past that. Location is great!!! Pool is awesome too!

Above and beyond our expectations @

This property had everything! The outdoor showers by the lazy river pool are a great plus! Perfect for our family of seven; grandparents, adults and teens. Anna Maria Island is a gem! We've stayed at Virbos in Indian Shores for years this Island is so relaxing. love love ❤️ Our host, and all the extra comforts!

Great Condo and location

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here with another couple. The duplex with the adjoining door was perfect for us. We loved the private pool - felt very tropical. We were able to sit under the condo each night in the comfy outdoor furniture. Great location to beach and restaurants. We would definitely love to come back to this condo! It had every amenity you could think of to make us feel at home.

The weather Was excellent in January!!

The property was perfect for our family. My husband and I stayed on one side and my son , daughter and her boyfriend stayed on the other side. We loved the lazy River pool !! The beach was just a short walk and they have you covered for anything you might need for the beach. My only complaint it was too short !!
