This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We loved being only a short walk from the beach and great restaurants. Holmes Beach is gorgeous, and the central location made visiting the rest of the island incredibly convenient.

Clean and comfortable- felt like home. We stayed a full week- wasn’t the best weather at AMI during our week stay but this place was comfortable and made us feel like we were at home!Communications about the property check in etc were clear and easily understood. There are some included beach items- 1 umbrella, several chairs, wagon, boogie boards, etc. Also some floats for the pool. Pool was clean and a nice size for our family of 3 to enjoy. The property inside and out was clean and well maintained. We will definitely return here on our next trip to AMI!

We had an amazing time at Jackie's place. My husband and two kids (4 and 2) stayed and loved our first visit to AMI. The pool and beach were the big highlights of the week - beach was beautiful and an easy 7-10 min walk, pool was warm and the steps made it easy for my 2 year old to play in. Only drawback if I had to find one is that the house comes with minimal extra supplies (had to buy shampoo, detergent, sandwich bags/aluminum foil). What was awesome was the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, towels etc that were provided so that more than made up for it. We will definitely be back!
