When entering this unit you will find a large open Living room to the left. On your right, is the dining area, a fully equipped Kitchen, and Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

As you walk towards the back of the Unit, you will encounter a bathroom with a tub/shower on your left.

At the end of the hallway, you will find the Guest Bedroom on the Left and the Master Bedroom directly across from it on the Right.

There are TV's is the Living room and each of the Bedrooms.

The spacious Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Dresser, and Closet.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed. There is a private bath with a walk-in shower in the Master Bedroom. The sliding glass doors in the Master Bedroom exit out to a large private patio / pool area with lush tropical landscaping and a 6 foot privacy fence.

The heated pool has a large sun shelf that young children really enjoy.

Other patio amenities include a gas grill, dining tables, lounge chairs, and a shed that houses a variety of beach items such as wheeled beach cart, cooler, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.

The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are a 5 minute walk away. Several restaurants and shops are also within walking distance.

The "free" Anna Maria Island Trolley stop is at the end of the street as well.

Boating, Dolphin Watching, Sunset Cruises, Fishing excursions can be booked at the nearby Keyes Marina or in Bradenton Beach.

Several businesses rent Kayaks, Canoes, Bikes, Golf Carts, Segway's, Cribs, Strollers, etc.

Absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless and very welcoming and cheerful. All newly renovated. All new appliances including washer and dryer. Very comfortable bed. Backyard and pool delightful. I loved this house. It was a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of beach towels and towels, not as many washcloths. It’s great having a washer and a dryer to use during the week. The storage room had plenty of beach chairs and supplies. The pool was nice and private.
