The kids enjoyed every square inch of the house. It was enough room for 3 adults and 5 kids! Being so close to the beach, allowed the kids to come and go to and from the beach and when the weather was not nice, we had the pool! The vacation was great and the house was just as we expected.

Wonderful house and amazing location to the beach. Lots of construction but can’t help that. Amazing response if we had any questions or concerns. I have stayed at many properties in AMI and this was the best by far!!!

Awesome location in Holmes Beach

The beautiful home was very comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 2 three year olds. It truly was a one minute walk to the beach and easy walking distance to playground and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Location, Privacy, Pool!

Our family has four boys aged 8-16, we loved this house because of the space and privacy! Everyone had their own bed, own room. The private pool was a win for both kids and adults. The home is clean and well stocked. We lucked out with early check in by request. I love that the property recycles and donates un-used food and beverage items. We would have liked to see more family games, a small cooler (there were two large coolers), and more pool accessories (we brought our own diving sharks and rings and goggles, and purchased a few pool noodles while there.) This property is a very easy walk to the beach with a wagon available to transport chairs and umbrellas. We saw a few people with pop up tents which would be useful as well! We used the grill, bikes, and loved the deck sitting in the evening. Would stay here again and recommend to large families.

This house is a few minutes walk from the beach. Great location! It has a well-stocked kitchen - very comfortable. Bedrooms very nice.

Great location

The location was perfect. So close to the beach and very close to restaurants. Love the front porch sat out there all morning and when at the house most of the day although we were at the beach most of the day. Elevator came into use for unloading our luggage. Lots of stairs in the house. Very clean. Yet smell of strong bleach upon arrival. Had an issue of the vent coming out of the ceiling and no one came to fix after talking with the company. Oh well no biggie. Our biggest complaint was the pictures online show the pool with sun and there was definitely not sun on the pool during our stay. I’m not sure if the house being built next door took away that feature or what. But overall we loved our stay here would stay here again.

go somewhere else

first four days (out of 7) spent trying to get help from Beach Retreats with the pool pump, major appliances that wouldn't work properly, and poorly stocked home with very little in the way of basic necessities. Furniture is old and needs replaced, sagging cushions, etc., hardly a "luxury home" but you'll pay "luxury home" prices. Will never rent from Beach Retreats again.

Lovely and relaxing getaway

We had a lovely time in this vacation home. The pool was great. Holmes beach access was so close (like 100 steps) and beach was amaaaaazing. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong too! The home had everything we needed in terms of cups plates, pots and pans. We did need to bring other items like soaps, shampoos, paper towels (they give you the small sample shampoos and one paper towel roll to start with), coffee pods for the Keurig or filters if you use the coffee maker, some spices, etc but it was only 4 min away from the closest grocery store so it wasn’t an issue. They were also great about letting us check in at 2p instead of 4 since our flight came earlier in the day. Overall great stay!!

Beach Retreat

We had a wonderful vacation. The ocean was steps from the house & the pool was a great option with a little shade. Plenty of space for 6 adults to stay. Very comfortable.

Great Venue for College Girls Reunion

The property suited our needs. The elevator was very useful. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were several large tables and chairs that our group of six used quite often. The pool area was beautiful. Location and proximity to the beach was a real positive. There were labels everywhere that made our stay easier. Our group loved staying at this property.

Great house and location

Other than the stairs this place was awesome 😎 very close to the beach yet nice and quiet. Elevator must be broken so I wouldn’t recommend to elderly folks.
