Great location! Clean comfortable relaxed environment. The pool was a bit of a walk through the neighborhood but it was nice and clean . I would definitely stay here again

Always a pleasure renting from AMI Locals. This is the second time we stayed in this specific house. We love the location - just a short walk to the beach - and the house works well for our family.

Great property and a great location.

Three-Bedroom house with two-car garage. Great location and a quick walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. We would highly recommend this property..

This property was perfect for my family of four with 2 teenage boys. It only took 2 minutes to walk to the beach across the street. The pool is also very close to the property and was nice to use to cool off in between going to the beach. We also enjoyed the ping pong table, shuffleboard and video games in the evening. An added plus was using the bikes to get around the island. We barely used our vehicle because there were so many restaurants, bars and ice cream stores to walk or bike to close to the property. Thank you so much for the wonderful spring beak!! We will definitely be back!!!

Family vacation

We had a great stay overall. Had a few issues to start but they were taken care of immediately. The place is very nice and a great location. We visit every summer and love AMI.

Amazing place!

We were so happy with this rental. It had everything needed for beach days. The beds were amazing! I would highly recommend staying here. 2 blocks from the beach and definitely on the quieter part of gulf drive. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy walk to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saltwater Palms! The house was nicely decorated, very comfortable and allowed us to spend a fun week on Anna Maria Island! We especially liked having the screened porch, the garage space (with ping-pong table) and the easy walk to the beach! Communication and customer service of the property management was phenomenal!

This was a nice condo, however the pool was very small. Also, the beach chairs and equipment needed to be replaced. We are most unhappy with the dynamic pricing. It penalizes those who book early. We overpaid quite a bit.

Close to beach

We loved the location of the property, just a short walk to the beach. Close to the pool as well. The unit had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the floors were a little dirty and the AC didnt seem to cool very well in the bedrooms on the top floor.

Great family vacay!

Beautiful home, stocked well, so much room to spread out, game room, 3 hang out tv rooms! Kids loved that they had separate bedrooms with tvs! Balcony was nice and screened in room was great! Loved the whole house decor! Just a quick walk across the street to the ocean and a little walk to the pool! Quiet cul-de-sac location, but we were visiting in off season (September) would stay again!

Wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The beds were comfortable and the proximity to the beach was perfect! We enjoyed the perks of having a garage to park in, as well as beach amenities like chairs, umbrella, and folding cart. The screened in porch was lovely and private - a perfect spot for morning coffee. The pool onsite was warm and never crowded. Only a few things to mention for anyone choosing to cook most meals at home. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked, but it would have been nice to have more than ONE dish towel. The toaster was broken (only side worked). There were no oven mitts (had to use the trivets which was awkward). It would have been nice to have more dishes with lids for storing leftovers in the refridgerator. Also, there was not a complete set of measuring spoons and cups.

Wonderful place to stay

Nice updated property. 3 bedrooms with beds, not couch pull-out beds. Comfortable beds, the garage is full of toys for kids, 2 lanais fully furnished with comfortable chairs and even a hammock.
