From the outside it’s definitely an older property but the room Was clean. Great for a pet friendly room. No carpet!! Shower water was either burning or lukewarm. Staff friendly. Met our needs.

Motel, but not advertised as such. Rooms had dirt in the corners, bugs in the light fixtures. Neighbour asked if we had roaches in our room too. Not that we saw. Door jam not properly installed so deadbolt wouldn’t lock properly. Bare minimums for hotels. Cleanliness and safety. Neither was present. Don’t stay here.

-soap bottles on the shower were all unlocked and open -shower head was needed a clean to work right -tv remote was missing the plate that homds the battery in -we slept on the bed that looked the cleanest -sign said hot tub this way but it didn't exist -whole place just felt like it had deep dirt in it like it needed a deep clean and a major renovation

When we entered the room, it was not vacuumed, there were crumbs all over the floor and even a used tissue on the ground. There was two sinks in our room, one that smelled like puke and one that had hair from the previous guests in it. Both mirrors were dirty. The lamp did not turn on and neither did the TV. The front desk was not friendly.

Have stayed at other Baymonts I would highly recommend. Not this one! The room smelled terrible, we had to go to Walmart and buy air fresheners to put around the room. It was supposed to be a suite with a kitchen. They accomplished this by having two adjoining rooms. The one with the kitchen had a sofa and no wall plugs to plug in the small appliances provided. No TV in that room even though it had the sofa. The AC unit was noisy and the place was crawling with bugs when we woke up in the morning. NEVER AGAIN! We paid almost $250.00 for one night and ran out of there in the morning not even willing to look at the breakfast provided.

Not as expected.

The room was not as in the photo. Outdated room in terms of colour and furniture. The stand-up shower floor was tilted, and the jacuzzi tub took a very long time to fill. Unfortunately, in Hinton, many, if not all, of the hotels seem to be on the main road and, which causes a lot of road and truck noise. We won't be staying here again.
