when i got to the hotel it looked nothing like the pictures, i booked a king suite, again looked nothing like the pictures, the room hadn’t even been cleaned upon my arrival. there was spilt juice all over the counters, the head board was full of dust, there was tiny beetles on my floor. i was genuinely worried they had bed bugs. the floor was not swept or mopped, this was my first time traveling away from home for work, and this hotel made my experience 10x worse. the door barely shut and the key card would stop working sometimes so i would have to wait outside my room until it started working again. there breakfast was horrible, mold on the cream cheese, housekeepers did not come and clean my room once. front desk didn’t care. all in all it was a horrible hotel to stay at and i do not recommend. i had to change hotels half way through my stay. my mini fridge also did not work, and there ice machine is horrible, blocks of ice that u cant even use, literally had to melt it down in my sink to be able to use it for my water. the tub also did not drain and the water pressure was terrible. don’t let the pictures they have online deceive you because it looks nothing like it does online. will never stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was bagel or bread with moldy cream cheese to spread over it. My room was never cleaned beyond garbage and moving my belongings to remake the bed. The coffee they advertise is for the first night only as it was never restocked for my eight night stay. The hotel offers a hot tub and work out room. I wouldn't know it was closed for renovations and I didn't find out until I arrived. All in all I would stay somewhere else if foods mold how moldy are the rooms?

The room is dirty. The staff is unhelpful. Told me that the cancellation for my 2nd day can’t be done because the cancellation is before 3 oclock where in Expedia said its 4 o’clock. We were their on time before 4 o clock. The only good thing is the location. There’s a lot of places to eat around the area.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job — everything was clean and well organized. I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable perfect for relaxing after a long day. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The parking lot was also large and easy to access, which made everything super convenient. Overall, great value for money I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Room was really good. Shower had some dirty finger prints on the back wall but otherwise was very clean. Kitchen was missing a few key items like forks and spoons, but all in all had everything needed. We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast options we decent for a continental, but one morning there was nothing left at 9am other than cereal. We actually stayed here 29 years ago on our wedding night. Would definitely stay again. Housekeeping staff were very helpful.
