We paid for four days at the condo. We came back to our condo at 9pm and the power was off. This was the second night of our 4 night stay. I learned that the place we were staying at had recently been sold. I contacted the management company and was told the power would be restored at 9am. We went back the next evening and the power was still not on. We were able to get another place to stay. However, the place we got was only a three bedroom. This was an inconvenience to us as we rented the initial condo for the four bedrooms it had. And three was not practical for my family. Also, we had to move all of our belongings in the dark. We don’t know if we left any items at the old place. And we had to look for all of our belongings in the dark. It was hard to negotiate the stairs with minimal lighting. I am a silver VRBO member and this experience was not typical of VRBO. I fully expect some compensation for our inconvenience that we had to go through.

Great location, very comfortable, and kid-friendly!We loved our stay at this villa in the Harbour Town neighborhood. The location truly can’t be beat—restaurants, shops, playgrounds, and leisure paths are all just a short walk away. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. The host was wonderful as well and extremely responsive, even on a holiday. We would happily stay here again!

Very convenient and lovely interior

Great architecture makes every space lovely and useful. We enjoyed the right sized pool within the complex and the easy walk to the island trolley. The shared living dining space allowed our extended family to cook, dine and really enjoy each others’ company.

Beautiful and very clean vacation rental !

This is a perfect unit for family with very comfortable beds and great location. We enjoyed staying with our one little dog and very nice neighbors. The walk to Harbour Town was enjoyable and bike riding around the island in perfect weather was fun. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a luxury that we enjoyed also! Perfect vacation Thank you so much!

wonderful stay!

close to all things sea pines! the horses, the light house, the beach close by bike ride, the pool right out the back door. Well done and a big living room space for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern and spacious space

Very relaxing, bright, spacious and modern space. The location was amazing, family friendly, & near a lot of attractions. Bicycles were delivered the last day for free for us to use biking throughout the resort.

Great location… Would rent again!

The cleanliness, the location, and the fact that we could bring our dog was perfect! We definitely definitely enjoyed ourselves. If I could offer one recommendation… The kitchen needs a couple of new skillets. Particularly a large one for families. The only skillet was quite Small.

Christmas Getaway with the family

This property was perfect for our family of 10. The location is great in its proximity to harbour town and all that it has to offer as well as stores for grocery and most of all the beach is only a few miles, if that, away. We had ample bathroom space, kitchen space and living space. I will be back in the summer. It was very relaxing and the property team was great to work with and easily accessible. At my request, they even setup a christmas tree for me and my family to enjoy. That is what I call above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this property.
