Fantastic Property & Location

This property was wonderful for our annual fall break family trip to HHI. Home had everything we needed to enjoy a great week and very short walk to the beach. Home is spacious and very clean. Property Management and Instructions were great.

Perfect spot for memories

I grew up coming to sea pines and south beach as a kid every summer, and returned with our multigenerational crew of 10 after a 20 year hiatus. The property was the perfect spot for biking, beaching and tennis everything I know and love about hhi. Thanks for hosting us!

Wish we could have stayed longer. The bonus was being able to walk to the beach and walk to Salty Dog. Perfect! I do wish the pool did not need an extra cost to heat but we ended up being able to use it regardless since it was warm and sunny

We have a large family, and as such, we tend to eat in most of the time during our stay. The kitchen had everything that we needed in order to prepare meals. The property was equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and beach, toys. The beach took just a five minute walk! I could not have been more impressed, and hope to come back next year!

We cooked at home every night and the kitchen contained all the necessary items we needed. We made full use of the pool area morning and evening as well as the bbq, and the short walk to the beach on the beach path was a breeze. We biked daily and loved our stay on Sea Pines. Bestnest provided everything they promised and were easy and professional to work with. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Great house! You won’t be disappointed!

We had 14 of us (ages 63-8 mos) in this home for six days. It was absolutely a slam dunk and we had a blast. The pool/hot tub were clean and well heated. The beach was steps away for lots of fun throughout the day, dolphin sightings and even for night fishing. A lot of wagons, umbrellas and sand toys provided. Lands end was a short walk for lunch and even an evening ice cream cone for the littles. Adult kids recommend the pirate tour as their little ones were enchanted and came back with wonderful stories, face painting and arm tattoos. The house is exactly as it looks online. Super clean and well appointed across-the-board. Would come again!!! ***Would encourage owners to supply 2 pack and plays, a high chair and a few noodles/floation devices for the pool. It would have helped immensely.

The peaceful beach is just steps away and our grandchildren spent lots of time in the refreshing pool. We really appreciated that the pool was cleaned twice while we were there.The home is comfortably furnished, and the house was very clean upon our arrival. The management company is top notch. They reached out to us several times throughout our visit to make sure all was good. We did make a request on the weekend for a specific kitchen pot, and we were happily surprised that not only did we get a prompt response but the pot was delivered to us that same day. We were able to enjoy a delicious dinner that night because of this amazing customer service. When our family vacations in Hilton Head, we hope to be able to spend time at this lovely home again.
