The second floor is in need of washroom overhaul. I have stayed on the first floor before so I know the hotel is good, but the second floor washrooms were gross so now that I know that I might not book on expedia again so that I can make a request for the first floor. The best part of this hotel is the pool which is very well maintained and beautiful.

Friendly staff, very clean and quiet. Property including outside the hotel was very clean and neat. Parking and adjacent restaurants added to the connivence. The hotel does have construction taking place but clean and quiet as you can see the hard work and upgrades they are installing. I would recommend to all as much better than the recent hotels we have stayed at this week traveling down south. 5 Star recommendation

Pet friendly room was horrific (poop and pee all over the carpet), the hall was flooded in the morning (soaking wet carpet), I was charged an extra pet fee after travelocity told me "what you see is what you pay" when i selected the pet friendly room, and breakfast was not even started at 6am when it was supposed to be served. Doors to the outside at the end of the halls where not locked.
