NEVER AGAIN!! DISGUSTING NO A/C

Moved from first room bc carpet was disgusting.A/C didn’t work. My 2 yr old’s feet were brown just from walking around in minutes.Room smelled of urine. 2nd room A/C didn’t work/maintenance(the general manager/owner)came from another hotel to unlock room waited in heat bc no A/C in hallways & no air circulation. It is about 90 degrees in hallways at any given time. I stayed a year ago & hallways were same. Was told that maintenance gone for day so there were no other options. This is unacceptable conditions considering it was 88 degrees outside. This hotel has really been rundown in the past year. The carpet in hallways are disgusting as well with spills & just every day use & not being cleaned. I will not stay here again!

Perfect overnight stay for a business trip. Even got a free appetizer on the hotel at a restaurant down the street. Very friendly check in and clean hotel to stay at.

The first night we heard a dog bark most of the night. People's tvs were up so loud you could hear them at the elevators. The most upsetting was the dope smoking in the parking lot. It really wasn't a great experience. at the elevator and people

The staff is always friendly. I stay here whenever I go to Hickory and see family. It is very budget friendly, the coffee is awesome and it is nearby to everything you need.

The room was very small. Pillows are half sized, not sure if the cases were grey or just dingy. Could hear everything the people in halls or adjacent rooms were saying.
