"Staff were friendly and helpful - room was very simple and clean as for what my eyes could see. I have very sensitive smell to mildew or mold and I could faintly smell it coming from somewhere. But it all looked clean there was not a coffee machine in each room but there was a coffee bar in the am by the check out desk. I never made it to the pool we got there late but I greatly appreciated the transport to/from airport and cruise port they were timely and easy to set up."

At check-in, Mia was incredibly sweet and professional—she checked us in early, offered a great upgrade, and later surprised us with champagne and a platter sent to our room. Such an amazing touch! They brought our luggage up, and the room was perfect—spotless, with an incredible view. Beach service was outstanding: chairs, towels, and umbrella were all set up for us (umbrella available for an extra charge), and we had full food and drink service right on the beach. It truly felt like pure bliss staying here. The location is also ideal—we were able to walk everywhere, exploring in the mornings and evenings after enjoying the resort all day."
