Rooms were quiet despite being 1 door from the lobby. Somewhat clean, the bathroom floor was sticky, but the kitchen items were very clean. Where the rating is demoted is customer service. When getting up early in the morning, I asked the attendant if we could stay 1 more night, as our work plans changed and I saw online there were rooms available. He seemed really annoyed that I had asked. At first, he told me the same room type was not available, and when I asked about other room types, he then said there were no rooms available. I could have booked online, but his attitude had me booking at the hotel next door.
