This is a beautiful mountain home in a residential area, nice and peaceful. Very comfortable and we slept well.The host was full of sunshine and had great communication with us and very hospitable. Staying with my parents and sons all in one place was a bonus. Held 7 of us comfortably.

We had a great time during our stay. The house was as described and depicted in pictures. We had plenty of space to spread out but also nice areas to hang out together on our sister trip. The porches we particularly nice, good view and we used the fire pit table every evening and greatly enjoyed it. The location was good, a quick drive to Helen for the Octoberfest and to eat out but very private and quiet. The driveway is super steep but parking was good and easy for our two SUVs. We would happily stay here again if we come back to the area. Our host was very good at communicating with us before and during the trip.

Host was wonderful and very helpful and kind.. The house is very well furnished and very dog friendly. The driveway is very steep and was probably the only thing I even question as it could be hard to manage in bad weather.We however had no problems and had a wonderful stay at the house and visiting the town of Helen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lederhosen Lodge. The home is beautiful with plenty of room for the 7 of us (plus one very old chihuahua) We came for the first weekend of Oktoberfest and our host was very helpful in giving us some tips and tricks such as where to park and restaurant recommendations. It's located very close to downtown Helen and only 20 minutes away from Anna Ruby Falls which is a must see if you are in the area.

Absolutely beautiful house! We enjoyed the wrap around deck for wildlife watching (we even saw a bear in the back wooded area). The neighborhood is very well maintained & a beautiful drive. We had a wonderful night with our kids. The home is pristine. The neighbor homes were a bit closer than anticipated, but no problems whatsoever. We loved the hot tub, and the wrap around deck. Just the quiet getaway we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great roomy place

Our family of 6 adults and one toddler stayed for 8 nights. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather together and to get away from each other. The porch was an amazing place to hang out, morning, noon and evenings. The host is great with communication and very responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked for meal preparation. The coffee bar is nice.The location is great for getting to all the activities in the area, while the solitude at the top of the mountain is so enjoyable. Everyone was grateful for the blackout curtains. The towels were so nice!The driveway was intimidating at first (none of us with much mountain driving experience), but everyone adjusted quickly and it was no problem. Would definitely stay again!

Well-maintained property. Host goes avove and beyond. Plenty of board games and arcade style games if you just want to stay in fornthe evening. Close to downtown Helen. Definitely recommend.

great family retreat

The property is as advertised! It is a beautiful house and the bedrooms are nice and on different floors. We did some hiking for sightseeing and waterfall viewing. So easy to get around even if it is mountain country. Most our reason for going was to spend time visiting with our daughter and her family. AND we did that! It was a wonderful time!!! every text we sent Stephanie was immediately answered. We loved everything!! Thank you

Family Trip for Christmastime!

The 7 of us had a wonderful stay here! We were close enough to Helen, where it was easy to get into town, but we still felt separated from the busy crowds. The firepit was especially loved on the chilly nights as well as the arcade games upstairs! Would recommend anyone we know coming to Helen!

Excellent Location

The location is perfect, super close to the downtown area and lots of dining. It's a short drive to many activities. The cabin is very cute and worked well for the time we spent in it. Helen is a great town to visit, and we definitely enjoyed it.

A Great time

Excellent location, close to town, great neighborhood. House was just as presented , Cozy & roomy living area with giant wraparound porch. Owner was in touch every day to make sure everything was good. Driveway a little steep but manageable. Overall a great experience!!

The house is very nice but to get there is not so nice. First you have to go through the guardswho take their jobs way to serious. Then it is nightmare curves non stop to the house. Its like 5mph curves the whole way.
