I stayed because I didn't want to spend $200+ for one night 20 miles north. While the location was perfect, the room was not. The attentiveness of the staff regarding cleanliness was apparent. The manager, however, was apologetic.

Just plain filthy. I had to clean everything before i touched it. Even the phone left a clorox wipe black. Just discusting. Plus cigarette burh holes in the bedding..

Reception: It was clean, but the person in charge seemed to smoke. The office and all the hallways up to the third floor, where my room was, had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Room: Beds: The sheets showed signs of cigarette burns. They had holes from the burns. I couldn't tell if they were clean or not. Bathroom: The shower wall was white and had a black crust on it. It looks like it's never been brushed or cleaned. The bathroom walls look like someone with a dirty arm leaned against it, leaving an arm print. Sink was dirty with hair. Stained towels. Dirty walls. Not recommended. Avoid this place.

Good breakfast but no waffle or pancakes, bed was very comfortable but there there was no lock on the bathroom door, carpet instead of laminate flooring, was dusty in the room and the location is not the best with few conviniences nearby.

Room could have been cleaned better . Bathroom mirror had stuff on it , side stands had sticky marks on them and microwave wasn’t plugged in. Blanket had holes on them . Disappointed bathroom sink had black stuff on the inside wasn’t vacuum either .

Cigarette smell, dirty bathroom and beds

The lobby, the corridors, and the bedroom smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The beds had a lot of stains, the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, the carpets were disgusting.

The staff was friendly and helpful, answered questions well. The room overall was clean and fairly nice. Floors were clean, trash cans empty, bathroom clean, furniture and walls were not beat up, however, sheets were stained and missing a pillow. The room was better than expected for price paid but would trade one of the pluses for cleaner sheets and another pillow.

Walked in room roach crawling on wall. Son turned on bathroom light roach crawling on the tissues. Immediately picked up our stuff and walked out at 11pm. Had to book another hotel for the night.
