The staff was hospitable and friendly. Unfortunately our linens had hair on them and appeared to be have not been changed from the previous visitor. We had to change our room 3 times because the door deadbolts were inoperable and did not lock. I would certainly recommend checking your room door deadbolt due to the hotel being next to a truck stop. The hotel in general is old and in need of a remodel. The pool area is indoors and dimly lit. The heavy fumes of chlorine were obnoxious and possibly dangerous for children's lungs. In conclusion, I would only stay at this hotel if I had no other similarly priced options.

My first room was well, let's just say very gross, as I don't wish to be too graphic. The lady at the front desk gave me another room, which was up to par for the essentials. Some smaller inconveniences like no batteries in the remote control, the main light in the room flickering, and the light bulb on the bed being out. The breakfast was decent, staff very polite, but the facilities could use some work. Would stay again, but I hope my critiques are well received and adjusted accordingly.

The check-in process took longer than it should have. The clerk was on the phone while we waited for 10 minutes or more. Then she started taking care of us and the phone rang again and she took that call while we waited, just long enough for her to get their number to call them back at least. - All through the night I heard doors closing up on 2nd floor. - It appeared that a lot of laborers stayed there, even over the weekend, from seeing their work trucks in the parking lot. - The breakfast items were kept well stocked. - The bed was comfortable and room was large. The bathroom was very small and poorly laid out.

I checked in and they sent me to the last room on the top floor and when I used my key to get in to my surprise there was someone laying on the bed and they told me they had just checked in recently… people were complaining there were no towels in the rooms. But I will say the breakfast was good…

Great, next to food/gas - needs earlier pool hours

This was the last hotel I stayed in on a trip, and it was a welcome relief from the hotel we rented the night before (Rodeway Inn Rehoboth Beach - uck). Rooms are large and clean, with great amenities and look very nice. The mattresses were ok. Breakfast was awesome even arriving with just minutes to spare - plenty of hot options left, and the food was good. You can hear people in the hallways. Curteous staff and smooth check-in and check-out. This hotel is located on a large lot with a Denny's and Flying J so you can fill up before leaving. One thing I would change are the pool and hot tub hours to open a few hours earlier so all guests can use it, especially if they arrive after it closes the night before. It currently opens at 10am but checkout is at 11am. It should open no later than 8am.
