Room was disgusting. Lobby smelled horrible. I got charged a second time when checking in. Long pre check in process was not used. Front desk did not seem to know how to handle check in. Wall paper falling ofd the walls. Bathroom stained and discolored. Floor creeky and feels like you will fall through.

I didnt even stay the night! The room smelled like 20 year old smoke, bed terrible, dirty room, questionable people in parking lot, and smoke detector was ripped off wall. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!

Upon checkin the room was so dirty and moldy that we immediately left. We have been trying to get a refund, but the rep at hotels.com was very unprofessional and lied about not being able to contact the facility. I was standing in the lobby talking to the clerk and the phone never rang. The facility said they didn't charge me, but hotel.com did so I want my refund.

Absolutely disgusting room, nasty damp smell when walking in, sheets not changed from previous user, full of hair and stains of all colors. Pillows the same. Bathroom was very dirty, towels too, one of them full of grey and black stains. I slept with my clothes on top of bed cover, used a sweater over the pillow. Absolutely disgusting, $80USD/night not worth it. AVOID!!!

Bugs!!

There were bugs in the room. The carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed in awhile. The rest of the room didn't look too bad. Overall, it was shabby and dated.
