Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa
4/5 Good
"The room was sufficient, but it was in the older section of the hotel. The bathroom smelled strongly of mold. The shower head fell apart during my wife's shower. In the two days, I interacted with about 8 staff members. 3 of whom I would say totally ignored me. It was quite disappointing. The negative level of helpfulness was very apparant. For example, when leaving the outdoor spa area, I needed a washroom. I was standing in front of the towel attendant, who heard my question to my wife about whether she knew where it was. She didn't and said so. The attendant was 3 feet from us, looking straight at me, and didn't offer any directions. I'm usually easy to satisfy when it comes to travel, but during this stay I definitely noticed that some staff didn't seem to want to live up to the reputation of Harrison Hot Springs Hotel. The outdoor pools and spa were wonderful. Very relaxing. I would book there again because the facility is a nice getaway in a relaxing mountain town setting for a short stay."
