it took forever to check in as they never reveived my booking. I booked on orbitz, prepaid and got confirmation but i was no where in the system. Then after talking to customer service on orbitz, they sent confirmation to hotel only to find that they had no rooms available. When they were able to find something, the carpets in the room were soaking wet, dried pee on the toilet, bathtub looked like a horror film was filmed there.

Excellent customer service- very helpful and friendly front desk staff

Comfortable, walking distance to the beach, shops, clean,

Not sure why some are not happy with this hotel, it is a great hotel, large rooms, close by to everything and within 2 min walk to Public Hot Springs, Lagoon, the Lake and shops, stuff is great and helpful, able to find free parking nearby if the hotel's one is occupied. Great location, great stuff, free passes to public pool, restaurant on a site. Really enjoyed my stay there!

Overall our experience with the hotel was pretty good. We did have to pay for parking, but it was only $6, so it wasn't too bad. It was a tiny parking garage though, and hard to navigate even my mid-sized car in. The staff was readily available and efficient. Our room wasn't anything special, but it was clean, and had air-conditioning, which was super important. I also liked the little mini fridge since we had done some shopping. It was not even a block away from the beach front, and took about 2 minutes to walk right to the water. The price was ok. I understand that area, in the middle of the summer, you're paying a bit more, but it was perhaps a bit overpriced in general. But, for the area, it was was a good choice.

What a tired old hotel, an overhaul is long overdue. You truly do only get what you pay for, so if you are on a budget then it’s ok, the only thing going for this hotel is location.
