"I have to say about this property is it was unfortunate at the time that we were there that was under renovations I remember at 12 years ago and was absolutely beautiful. Everything was redone now it just seems like everything the vending machines the pool or hot tub. Nothing worked. There were no blow dryers. There was two towels in the room for two people you know I expect at least four towels so you can have a shower when you arrive in a shower in the morning, but that wasn’t the case they did offer the pool at the resort Harrison Hot Springs resort, which is absolutely beautiful, but there was a time you had to be out by 7 o’clock if you weren’t staying at that resort, but all in all that was absolutely beautiful. So my opinion, you know it was cheap. It was like 80 some dollars which was OK cause we just wanted to sleep and be halfway to our destination and look around the town. It was a great little town lots of fun restaurants you know in the summer would be better but you know we came in the spring but as for the hotel, yes nothing special definitely old school still has a you know a 30 inch TV or 25 inch it’s not even that great every amenity was shut down it was unfortunate but in the next six months, if they get it all done, I’d like to see it then on their website maybe I’d stay there again without it as is today I wouldn’t go back. They shouldn’t even rented it out to me the condition that it is in."

"Completely blown away by how dumpy the property is. We were upgraded to a room that was decent but friend and family that we were staying with rooms were disgusting and dirty. Carpets were stain walls had damage just felt like a dive motel. For the amount of money that they charge I can’t believe people still come here. We won’t be back so many other hot springs to visit in BC with much better amenities and friendlier staff. It honestly felt like everyone in the town was under paid and made you feel like because you were there you were the problem. Terrible hotel again won’t be back."

"Parking was easy and just a short walk down from our room. The Hotel was very clean and looked nice. Our room felt like a bachelor suite, with one bed separated from the main area, and a pull out couch close to the fridge/ balcony. The reason I took off one star was that my husband said the pull out bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise a great stay, and would stay there again!"
