I stayed with my daughter and my two granddaughters, 11 and 7, for two nights in town for a gymnastics meet. Since I’m not as used to traveling with kids any more, I learned I should have asked for clean towels for the second day. We only had three for the four of us. I thought housekeeping would have come in on the second day and provided new towels, which were on the floor, wet, and emptied the trash. Other than that, I was very pleased. The staff was good and the facility was exactly as described and a very good value. I would happily return.

The property was located perfectly!!! The beds were very comfortable….I was worried about noise based on some other reviews because it is close to a busy roadway but once inside you cannot hear any outside noise.

House keeping was not as expected

I generally book hampton in no matther where i go but this is the first time, we found a surprising guess when we checked in. Black ants were in the bathroom tub, ceiling and wall. I thought no big deal but when i went to bed, there were on the bed as well. I immediately notify the helpdesk. They said maintenance will be informed. Around 9 pm, i could not take it anymore. I took the proof myself in tissue paper and showed the helpdesk. They moved me from 2ND to 4th floor after i demanded a room change. I have the picture on my phone as well. 4th floor was clean and bug free

The front desk service was very good. However the room wasn’t ready for occupants: the bathtub had not been cleaned (there was hair in the tub) and the body wash was empty
