Comfortable, quiet, friendly check-in. This would be my first choice next time I'm in the area. breakfast was better than average, though a bit heavy on carbs, and the fruit was nearing the end of its best-before life. Staff worked hard to keep the breakfast room clean and well stocked.

Room and front desk/housekeeping staff were fine. Disappointed in the lack of security, very noisy hallway on second floor. Other guests were being very loud and disruptive. Yelling, slamming doors and running up and down the hallway. This was happening well after 9/10pm and no hotel staff intervened. With an early wake up required the next day, it was a disappointing end to our stay.

My stay had some areas for improvement. The breakfast was the same for all four days — scrambled eggs with sausage — so a little more variety would have been appreciated. Also, one of the bed sheets had some stains that were concerning, which made the experience less comfortable. I think the hotel could benefit from paying closer attention to cleanliness and small details.
