Recently stayed here for a weekend to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday with a few close friends. The location is amazing - walking distance to a number of great food places with outdoor seating (we had dinner at Old Princeton Landing - about a 12 minute walk - and brunch at a great cafe called the Press that's 2 blocks away), and a short drive (2 minutes) through back roads to get to a great beach/surf spot at Princeton Jetty. We were able to rent boards/wetsuits at Mavericks Surf Shop and get some surfing in as well!
Great communication with the property management, and the place was clean, spacious, and great to hang out in. We played ping pong, cooked in the kitchen, and played cards on the dining table. I do agree with another reviewer that the chairs were a little uncomfortable, but that's a pretty small issue, and obviously not enough to prevent us from playing cards for a few hours. The front and backyard does have astroturf, but it wasn't an issue for us. We did find parking on the street after filling the driveway, and we did have one neighbor make a snide remark to us despite us parking in front of the house and trying to be as respectful as possible, but it wasn't anything serious.
I do want to point out that the beds were awesome, very comfortable, and the blinds, at least in the room I was in, were great at keeping the light out and letting me sleep in. There were some annoying barking dogs throughout the night, so I would recommend a white noise app which helped drown it out. Regardless, if you want a good night's rest, this fits the bill.
Overall, it was a great experience, and would recommend since the location and house were excellent, and the hosts very responsive!
