The building was very nice and safe , perfect location adjacent windahm hotel. Elevator was great , walk to everything .. gym was nice and pool area was nice. I think the apartment could have had a more detail cleaning , the bedding was poor quality, the view was not pleasing it was a bit unsightly. How , good water pressure. I think if they invest a bit in decor , bedding it would make up for the view . Communication was great

All you need near by!!

The apartment has all the essentials you need, nice view of Guayas river and great location. Walking distance you have all types restaurants, neighborhood grocery store, pharmacy and more. Also near to Malecón 2000 and downtown, lots to explore in this area.

Muy tranquilo el encargado muy axcesible y el ascensor no tenia que esperar mucho tiempo muy limpio el edificio y los alrededores tambien todo dentro del apartamento estaba limpio y funcionaba. Very quiet the manager was very accessible and the elevator did not have to wait a long time very clean the building and the surrounding area as well everything inside the apartment was clean and working.

I was not pleased. I reserved a room for business purposes, for two nights, an iron was of utmost importance where that literally was a condition for my stay. Somehow, there was a miscommunication and they needed to switch rooms in the middle of my stay at hours I was not available, their was no iron in the room and one could not be made available, the room had utensils but no soap or sponge, the room they changed me to had an iron when it was no longer needed. It had soap, three dishwashing soaps and not a single fork or knife, the kitchen had a roach and zero hot water to shower and the sink was clogged. Building nice and view extraordinary but the amount of air freshener was LITAERALLY unbreathable. I have never left a bad review before in my life but my experience was so bad I feel the need to warn people of my host.
