I’ve been in this Hotel every time I travel to Guayaquil and I had no issues But this time , my room was on 7th floor which was very close to the 8th where they had loud music all night , it was very annoying since I was travelling all day. All I need is to rest instead I didn’t sleep at all. Not very happy.

I founded that the breakfast was pricey for the options they offered, and i found the food was cold. The rooftop though was very nice and the food was delicious. Other than that, fine, the room was very clean and comfortable.

We arrived at the airport at 2 am and were so thankful to see the airport shuttle driver waiting for us!! It was a short 5 minute ride to the hotel. Even though we were only going to be here a few hours it was nice to have a place to shower and nap before our morning flight out. Staff was waiting for us to check in. All worked very smoothly. Shuttle in the morning worked out great as well.
