As always staying at the Oro Verde was great. Staff impeccable and professional. Daniel, especially was attentive and kind. Cleaning crew was at point, and could answered almost any question. Quiet, spacious, and very clean rooms. Food was good and the signature drinks were delicious.

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Karla from the Front Office she was extremely helpful, professional, kind, attentive and absolutely a genuine pleasant person. She not only resolved the issue but she kept in contact to make sure that problem was resolved. She made the difference from being just a stay to an exceptional stay.
