The "presidential suite" was a dump the bathroom was dirty broken sink when a complaint was said to the front desk received snotty response Room was nothing like orbitz advertised on the website Stood one night then checked out following morning

I loved the trip and where i stayed. Everything was close be to vist place a the hotel was wonderful
friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, it’s across the malecón and it’s within walking distance or short cab ride to several places you can visit in Guayaquil.
Absolutely loved the great location across the street from the Malecon 2000 and convenient walking distance to many other places! (...any other locations were only a cheap cab ride away.) The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the doorman who seemed to always be there & ready to help, and our 4th floor housekeeper Lucas who always had a smile and kept our room impeccably clean! We also enjoyed the morning complementary breakfast which was quite abundant and included a few different features every morning. On top of all our satisfaction was knowing that we got a much better deal than our friends who stayed by the less-convenient Airport area! Thanks to all!
El baño es muy incómodo y el hotel huele y es viejo
Pésima atención, el sauna y la piscina estaban cerradas cuando me dijeron antes de hacer la reserva que se podía ingresar con normalidad. Los cuartos olian mal ya que los cajones olian a cucaracha, las camas no estaban arregladas uno tenía que sacar la colcha de los cajones y tender la cama, tampoco incluye el parqueo debes dejar el carro a la vuelta donde cobran $10 la noche y tener que regresarte a pie de noche hasta el hotel.Decepcionado totalmente.
