Had stayed there may years ago. Property is still well maintained, excellent place for relaxing. Good amenities if wanted, staff is friendly!
Mediocre overpriced food, super slow service and wastful with all the plastic cups and bottles.
The rooms were clean and spacious. We had an issue with the smoke alarm and the ac unit. We called the front desk and they sent someone immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are so many amenities that it wasn’t necessary to leave the property unless we wanted to. The hotel was quiet and really is a great place if you want a relaxing vacation. It does not have the energy of San Juan and is not a tourist area (we liked that!) but it is close to very good restaurants. The food at the restaurant was good but I have had better in town. The bar is not a full bar but there are plenty of delicious drink choices, the bar tenders are great and they stock my favorite Puerto Rican beer by Ocean Lab. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would revisit.
