Not as advertised
The hotel was advertised with complimentary bottle water, outdoor pool, shop. Free WiFi
WiFi no problem at all. I got 2 bottles of water on arrival, i had booked for 10 nights. When i asked for more water i was told its 2 complimentary bottles of water, i said but im here for 10 night, was given 2 more bottles. In total i did get 6 bottles of water but i had to ask for them.
Information on the pool said its open 9am - 9:30pm.....it was always locked. The photos on your web site look lovely, table, chairs, parasols, lovely pool. Its nothing like the photos. The pool is filthy, no seating, tables , etc. Even if it was open you wouldn't use it.
Breakfast was ok, the hot chocolate machine was on at breakfast only. My personal choice would be to have a hot chocolate in the evening. I don't drink coffee so i can't comment on that.
The room was ok. The shower curtain was mouldy, i asked for another one which was also mouldy.
The hotel staff were lovely and very polite, even when there explaining the complimentary water rule :-)
There's no shop at all. 3 cold drink vending machines, and some shelves near reception with a few items.
