The staff wasn't helpful at all. My family and I stayed for 4 nights and had no wifi for the tv. Called a few times but got no help. The breakfast was horrible. The carpet in my brother's room was soaking wet so him and his wife had to pack back up and change rooms. On the day before we checked out my sister ask the housekeeping to clean her room and she said they don't clean the room if she is checking out the next day. Very bad experience we were so disappointed with the accommodation.

While this hotel has been doing some renovation, they have done everything to ensure customers are not impacted. The updates are great and very appealing. The staff, especially Nadina on the night shift. Hampton should be proud to have this Stockbridge Hotel as part of their chain.

This is my go-to if I need to fly from ATL at an inconvenient time. The remodel they recently finished looks great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. The are has some good shopping and dining options. Parking is free. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience my family and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, customer service was disappointing. The front desk was frequently closed, and when staff were available, they were rude and seemed bothered by basic guest requests. After using the same towels for four days, I requested fresh towels and was told I had to bring the dirty ones downstairs and wait for them to be washed and dried before I could receive replacements. When I explained that we had already been using them for several days, the front desk employee responded that I “shouldn’t have them dirty if I wanted to use them.” That level of service is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room had a strong odor, including the smell of marijuana throughout the property. We saw roaches in both the room and the hallways. The sheets did not smell or feel clean, making it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. The lack of attention to detail, poor housekeeping standards, and unprofessional staff made what should have been a family trip extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or welcoming place to stay.

Parking was sufficient, breakfast was just ok. The first day was good the second day was ok and the third day was leftovers from day two .. I over heard a conversation that not a lot of people did breakfast on what was my second day… you could tell because it was old food reheated and served the very next day. Also as far as the housekeeping of rooms at this location they only service rooms every other day so if you place your dnd sign and you miss you day they do not service you room. There were no signs posted to advise of this. Also my diabetic cousin went to get milk from the fridge after the kitchen was closed and the front desk concierge person basically scolded her to doing so. If you don’t want people in that area then lock the door. It was a carton of milk… not a bag of groceries. This location is in a very busy area of Stockbridge. Lots of food and traffic in the area.
