ORBITZ FALSELY ADVERTISED AMENITIES!! No Hot Tub & pool did not have a permit for public use! Very dissapointed all around, when you book a hotel for those specific amenities and you get there after a 10 hour drive!
The property was located close to the interstate. The room was clean. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. There was no shower liquid soap and only one small bar of soap. There was only one set of towels per person. The mattress was torn and squeaked. Could have been better!
The room was clean and updated. The hotel was quiet for a holiday weekend. The pool was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. There was debris, insects, hair, and bodily fluids floating in the pool. It looked like the filters were not running. This was very disappointing as I booked this hotel specifically for the pool since my family was traveling with me while I was on a business trip.

Close to I75 which was good. On the negative, there was a lot of traffic noise.
The only negative thing was the chairlift in the pool didnt work.
Loved IT!!! We have stayed in many hotels over the last few years due to traveling to visit Holstein and Littles.... and this Hotel was AMAZING! Beautiful!
Everyone who checked but me where offered breakfast vouchers I was not. There was no continental breakfast . You had to purchase it. I could not get a receipt at the end of my day when asked. Was told by staff all of there hotel did not offer continental breakfast. Really bad
The front desk has amazing customer service. I will definitely be staying there again
