The front desk staff were not very pleasant. I tried to address the one individual as we were checking out, she looked at me, turned around and walked away. They did not tell us when breakfast was and generally breakfast on the weekends starts a little later and ends a little later so when we came down to breakfast about 9:20 in the morning, we were informed that it ended at 9 AM and we did not get anything to eat. The man who sets up the food in the kitchen did take pity on us and gave my husband a bagel, and I had a yogurt. He was wonderful to talk to and very understanding.

The staff was extremely rude and would give me the name of the individual who was responsible for our horrible experience here. I haven’t had any issues with staying anywhere worth me leaving a negative review over.. this place and the staff deserves the donkey of the day!

This multilevel hotel has a nice overlook of the city and hilltop feel. A more established residence with friendly staff. Breakfast was filling and well stocked with an onsite covienemces for purchase. Thank you for a good nights rest.

the accessible room did not have a walk-in shower. the handicap seat in bathroom was falling apart, loose screws, it was dangerous if someone actually had to sit in it, i brought it down to the desk. breakfast was meager, not the usual we get at a Comfort. at least it was $90 not $150.
