Hotel staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was a bit bizarre in that they were doing it at night but then the housekeeper went home and left all the cleaning supplies and cart outside our room. There was no hot water in the shower.

The bathtub faucet was stripped. No water. How is it possible to give us a room with no shower? They didn’t know!? We told the front desk and they offered another room but it was late and we had been settled in for hours. Room was adequate and clean. Unfortunately the shower was not in good repair. The shower on/off and temp nozzle was broken and difficult to use. The water temps would be hot, then cold without touching the handle. Was frustrating. The pull out couch was broken. The desk chair needs to be replaced.
