My husband and I stopped on our way to FL on 2017-01-12. It was an easy stop right off 75. We stopped around 7pm so we were pleased we could park, Check in and walk next door to a restaurant. Our sleep was uninterrupted and comfortable. I used the fitness room and it was nice to get in a run before leaving. We ate breakfast and it was also nice and the area very clean. Staff at desk was very friendly and greeted us cheerfully.
I really enjoyed my stay at this Marriott hotel. Hotel is located off I-75 and surrounded by several resturants and shopping within walking distance, so it's plenty to do. Staff is top notch, especially Kia at the front desk, she went over and beyond to make my stay rememberable and I give her 5 stars. It's guest service employee's like Kia, which makes a guest feel welcomed and want to return for another stay. This hotel is now one of my local home away from home getaway. Thanks for all you do.
The hotel was great and the room was even better. Very clean and yes I checked the bathroom and it to was very clean. I like the staff at check in nice and friendly, and I like the worm cookies they greet you with. The area is great lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping and very close to the interstate.
One of the worst hotel experiences. I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member. I have stayed at many different hotels. The walls at this hotel are paper thin. The people next door were up most of the night partying-I could not get to sleep. I spoke to the front desk clerk (the manager was not in) and I was told that I would be compensated for the inconvenience. I never was.
We ended up at this property when evacuating Florida during Hurricane Irma. After 14 hours of driving to get there, the staff at the front desk (Candy) offered us bottles of water and very reasonable rates to stay. In fact, we feel they went out of their way to keep the rates down, knowing that we had no choice and had to wait out the storm. The hotel breakfast area and rooms (we were able to get a small suite after the first night, thanks to Candy) were kept very clean. The staff was very warm and friendly. Kudos to Marriott as we heard that there was price gauging going on for hotel rooms, which became scarce. We were very grateful to find a nice temporary living space for our 6 night stay.
Best hotel staff I've seen in awhile. Clean, well maintained. Lot around to do. Beautiful scenery. Cheap. Well worth the price. Great time. Very great time. Loved it. Thank you to the staff for talking and being social, my 3 weeks here was a blast.
Spent 3 weeks there for business and was very comfortable. The staff was great. Very friendly. Every time I went to the door it was either "have a nice day" or "welcome back". I've never received that kind of greeting at any other hotel. Spent some time talking to Candy at the front desk. You can tell she cares alot about her job and the hotel. Very friendly, always wanting to help any way she can, and had some great advice on different things to do. The breakfast was good. Everything was hot and had a variety of things to choose from. The beds were very comfortable. Never had any problem sleeping. Showers had good pressure and everything was cleaned. I really have no complaints about this hotel and would stay there again.
We recently stayed here after a car accident on I-75 near McDonough Georgia. My wife and I stay at Marriott's quite frequently and are platinum members. My wife asked for a quiet room away from the elevators etc. We were quite happy when they upgraded us to a king room. If was starting to get late and we were extremely tired and needed rest and sleep. The hotel staff assured us that the room was quiet. After staying in the room 15 minutes we heard a long train sound. My wife called the staff and someone stated that another train would come through hours later. That was not correct another train came through 15 or 20 minutes later with their horns sounding. My wife called the front desk again and was told by another person that trains could come through all hours of the night. We were not very happy and the hotel offered to move us to another room on the opposite side. Less noisy but you could still hear the trains. We were very disappointed and would not stay here again. Loud train noises, not up to Marriott standards in my opinion. Were told my staff we should have checked reviews first regarding train noises. We could not we just called 800 number and staff did not tell us about this when checking in.
A very nice and clean Fairfield. I believe newly built,(i.e. Last couple years) staff was always nice, friendly, and available to help. Rooms were clean with all the amenities, beds are amazingly comfortable. Full breakfast bar with decent food.
We stayed here overnight on our way home from the beach. When we arrived after midnight, there was a very large and loud wedding crowd gathered in the lobby. The noise made it difficult for the desk associate and myself to communicate during the check in process. I almost turned around and walked out fearing that the noise would interrupt our much needed sleep. The room was ok, beds were comfy. Breakfast area was a disaster in the morning. Trash piled up over the full cans, the floor was sticky and I had to wait for 15 mins for them to brew more coffee. We always stay at Marriott properties, but we will pass on this one next time.
