Great place to stay!

We loved the hotel. It is a very old converted public building but is very pretty and comfortable. Loved the southern charm of the hotel and the workers. We have already made plans to stay there again.

This is a boutique hotel in an historic building. The building has its charm and quirks , which makes it a typical boutique hotel. We booked a grand suite because I like to cook . I bring all my equipment, but I have been told they have kitchen equipment if you request it. We loved the new mural.

This hotel is amazing, we loved staying there. The room was large and comfortable! We had the deluxe suite and it was exactly like the pictures. If you stay here don’t miss dinner at the Downtown Grill that’s right down the street…it’s totally worth it! *** FYI this is a non profit hotel, all money goes towards the downtown renovation…. Awesome hotel and a good cause!

Friendly staff welcomed us and took care of us during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely furnished. Breakfast as simple and overlooked a pleasant courtyard. Greenville was more rundown than I expected, but we felt safe on our walks to the levee and to St. Joseph Catholic Church. A nice restaurant close by would have made it a perfect visit.

The staff was awesome, very friendly and engaging. I didn't like the water (the water has a yellow/brownish coloration/hue and odor). I was shown a pamphlet explaining the above concern, but nevertheless this was the only thing I didn't like about Hotel 27.

Delightful Little Hotel

This was a delightful stay in an older hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly. It was also next door to a casino. This hotel different from your typical hotel in that it was older and refurbished.

This is my second time staying here, love it for the quietness and safety, all staff was very accommodating. They always have it clean . Checking in and out very easy. The only thing the remote to the tv would not scroll down and they didn't have a replacement for it. Will definitely stay here again
