"Daryl was very helpful and switch our room when we had issues with the first one. The first one had bugs, beds were not comfortable and the air conditioning took forever to get cold. We were moved to a new room. The rooms were not very clean. The showers/tubs need to be scrubbed they both have stains. There is water damage everywhere. The carpet on both rooms are stained. There was visible hair from men and women all in the bathroom. I recommend only getting an omelette because the other food was warm at best. There were four elevators but only two worked and at one point in our visit only one and we were on the top floor. This was our first time at this Embassy and it was not a good experience and not worth the money. The front desk people were so nice during check in as well as the maintenance man who checked our room the first night we arrived because the door was opened and all the lights were out so he checked it for us. The drinks at night are awesome and appreciative. I would say to have someone monitor the snacks left out because kids were touching stuff and running back to the pool."
