Staff was condescending toilet flooded the room. The front desk refused to contact the manager for assistance stated it was the managers only day off and he was already jaded because the clientele of motel 6 often lie to get refunds. Would never go back.

There are no cameras around the property, someone rear-ended my car and there’s a huge dent in my rear bumper which I’m not sure how much I’m going to get a bill for. When approached the office regarding any cameras around the property, I was surprised to know that there are no cameras. Basically anyone could do anything to your vehicle and walk away.

Staff who check us in was not even concern that we are travelling with a 1 yr old child even though i had stated it in the booking. I had asked if they can give us a room on the 1st floor since we got there while its snowing. Instead she give us the rooms at the highest floor of the bldg at the farthest side of the hotel.
