The staff is great, the room is clean and comfortable with quality towels, BUT…. The internet stinks! They offer a “basic Wi-Fi” for free, which is absurd. Any other hotel you go to gives you reliable, fast internet that’s included in the hotel price. Charging extra these days is completely outdated and greedy considering that a lot of people travel for work these days and stay at hotels. On another note, the refrigerator is a great size, but there’s no freezer. I travel with meds that have to remain frozen, so this is an issue as well. Sadly, I won’t stay here again

The concierge was extremely friendly and courteous. The facility and rooms were very clean. The place is designed using a log cabin rustic style which made it very comfy and cozy especially the main seating area which has a fireplace. Great place to stay for families as well as business professionals. Highly recommend staying here during your visit to Flagstaff

The room was awesome! We slept quite comfortably. My wife and I loved the breakfast and the ambiance of the dining area. Who doesn’t love a fireplace burning on a cold morning. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place. The location is quite convenient for trips to Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, Williams, etc. and you’re right across the street from what I refer to as the “World’s biggest Kohl’s “ Trust me you’ll love this place.
