Bad

Room Access Failure – The key didn’t work, and my daughter and I had to sit on the floor waiting for help. 2. Lack of Communication – No phone in the room, making it impossible to contact staff at night. 3. Unbearable Noise – Loud disturbances continued until 4 a.m., ruining any chance of rest. 4. Misleading Support – Hotels.com told me I could cancel with a refund, but the hotel refused. 5. Inadequate Compensation – One hour of spa access for one person only, while I was traveling with my daughter. These failures completely ruined the purpose of our stay — a peaceful and relaxing day — and I received far less than what I paid for.

Breakfast was exceptional and the property is trendy and spacious. The roof top bar is great with exceptional views of the city, and the Obie spa was definitely worth visiting a number of times during our stay for sauna and massage. Gao went above and beyond with helping us out with a few issues and we received both helpful and friendly customer service from Helene, Linne, Emilie and Sara. All staff at the hotel and spa were super nice. Woukd definitely return!

FIVE STARS!!!

Lisa at the front desk was amazing! The area was experiencing a heat wave while we were there and I expressed my concern at check-in. She was very polite and offered to provide us with a fan which promptly arrived once we were checked into our room. The breakfast buffet was incredible with tons of tasty options for starting our days. The hotel is also very close to the train stops so we were able to get around town super easy! Highly recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again.

I loved the staff and the views. Plus having AC is amazing. I love Carol in the AM as she was amazing and super friendly and professional. I would come back and stay here again! Loved the rooftop bar too that was amazing.

Nice hotel

Really good breakfast. Comfy room. Great view. Our room wasn’t cleaned for days despite putting the please clean out room tag on the door. We have a baby in nappies, we need our bin emptied. Also ran out of toilet roll, not restocked for a week’s stay.
