Kirra Gardens 18 is a bright and cheerful one-bedroom apartment perfectly positioned opposite Kirra Point, offering stunning ocean views and relaxed beachfront living from the 6th floor.
Filled with natural light, the apartment features tiled flooring throughout and a comfortable open-plan layout designed for easy coastal holidays. The living area includes a comfortable lounge, Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, with reverse-cycle air-conditioning helping maintain year-round comfort throughout the unit.
The bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe, creating a simple and relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach. The bathroom is neat and functional, featuring a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped for holiday stays and enjoys lovely ocean views, making everyday meal preparation feel more enjoyable (please note there is no dishwasher). A separate laundry is also included with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
Step out onto your private balcony, complete with outdoor seating, and take in sweeping views across Kirra Beach and Kirra Point. It’s the perfect vantage point to check the surf, enjoy the sea breeze or watch the sun rise over the coastline.

Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. appt was ok and what i would expect for the price.. booked online like with all other accom websites.. BUT the main reason for low rating was the experiance. Staff were friendly but the followning issues were unacceptable in modern era:no linen (even if in the fine print somewhere this is NOT ok - never seen this ever.. having your custmer have to book this seperate with another company.. wow not cool).multiple paymnets needed on particular dates.. more hassle.needing to scan credit card and drivers license for checkin .. security risk..not OK what a hassle.will never book this type of accom with Gold Coast Holiday homes or Stayz again.
