No wifi connection throughout my stay. It was very inconvenient as I was traveling on business so I was unable to work in the apartment at all. On top of that, the bed seemed too old and was not very pleasant to sleep on.

The Unit was a 4 night stopover for Business and I was accompanied by my wife and 2 Teenage children. The Serviced apartment was most convenient for our requirements. The unit was well equipped for Family use.

Easy parking, easy check in, easy shopping...enjoyable room with all amenities. Great view of Surfers and beyond. Clean public areas, quick elevators pools were all in good order as were the easy access to parking.

unfortunately the time we spent there was the time they re-carpet the floor.. I think they should re-carpet the units as well. Can't fault the location. With woolworths and hurricane downstairs, and the tram stop just at the front, what more can you possibly want? And of course the surfers paradise is only a walk away. The only thing I can fault with is that because we rented the place via holidayholiday, the reception is of no help. You actually have to return the keys to holidayholiday which is to be fair only a block away but it's quite a hassle. Much easier if the reception can cooperate by receiving the keys for example? I don't think that's too much to ask.

Great hotel in great location. Rooms very large, clean and excellent facilities. Pool and gym very useful. Woolworths directly below as well as lots of restaurants and cafes and a short walk too surfers paradise beach. Always love to stay here

We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 34th floor in the North Tower. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room for our 12 and 13 year olds to have space when they needed it. The apartment was good, showing the wear that a lot of these sort of apartments do due to the high traffic. The beds were comfortable and the pillows great. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchens had enough equipment for me to cook most things. The lounge was good, but the chairs really had reached their use by date and needed to be replaced. Fantastic deck with a table and chairs and views of the surfers beach and center of town. The pools are fantastic, indoor and out. We were there in July so the outdoor pools are too cold to really use. A few reviews I have read mention the carparks being small, we had a Nissan X-Trial which is a reasonable sized 4x4. We had no issue with the carpark size at all. The location is really good, there is a supermarket in the building and lots of restaurants very close by. Your basically in the center of town. I would stay again.

The location and service by the front desk was excellent. However the apartment cleanliness needs attention and the furnishings are quite dated and run down. Handy if you want to be in the centre of the amenities.. beach, restaurants, supermarket, shopping all within 5 mins walking distance

Receptionist is so kind staff who is cherry and asian. She speak english slowly with smile so even if we are not good at speak english, we can understand very well I wanna come back again and if we are travel gold coast again, i will booking this hotel Thank you

Impressive towers in prime location with everything on the doorstep. Just pop into the super at the bottom of the elevators if you need anything. The furnishings need an update as there were bits falling off. The carpets, oh, please. The staff try their best, but there's only limited things they can work with. Facing the sea, get used to the thumping from the beach club down below.

Stayed one-night for a business trip. The property is conveniently located on the GC but I felt it was over-priced for what you get. Reception wasn't able to explain the different rates and over-charged me. The hotel did contact me to advise the over-charge but to process the refund I had to fill in more paper-work -- not a great experience.
