The home is adorable and clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. The dock is great and we even caught a crab! Nathan was super responsive. If we ever need a place to stay in these parts again, this will be our first choice.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The waterfront was beautiful and quiet. It was the middle of Summer, so not surprisingly the temperature in the house was challenging to control. We appreciated the extra standing fans to help circulate the cooler air to the other rooms. The dining room table surrounded by windows was our favorite spot. We had a lovely dinner there. Hosts were responsive and instructions were clear. We would stay here again.

Great little house with river access!

Loved how close the house was to the Marina at York River Yacht Haven, where our boat is….a quick mile drive or walk if needed. Nice creek and dock for launching a paddleboard. House is as advertised. Nice new kitchen. Great stay.

Gloucester Point on the water

Had a great stay in a great location. Very comfortable home with kayaks and paddleboards which were much appreciated during a heat wave. Knowing it would be extremely hot during our visit Natahn went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He installed an additional window A/C unit and provided a couple of fans to ensure our stay was comfortable, and it was! Look forward to staying there again!

I have no perfect words for how beautiful and comfortable this home was for us. We had a small family group to welcome our Navy Sailor back from deployment, and our stay was so enjoyable! Clean, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were also very fast in responding, and we so kind. I can't wait to go back!

We had a good stay overall. This is a home at the end of an inlet with a small pier facing the creek. It had a pretty backyard. It is close to other homes but that was okay for us, although some more window treatments in the kitchen and facing the back would be a good option. Home was recently renovated/updated with new kitchen and furniture. Nicely styled/decorated like in pictures. Pictures on listing missing a third bedroom and the second bathroom. Only concern was that some areas were not cleaned as would be expected (e.g., fridge not fully cleaned out, bathrooms needed some cleaning, general dusting needed). Communications with owner were good. Hopefully they address the issues with their cleaning service. Home is short drive to popular areas like Williamsburg.

Great, cozy and tranquil!

Great place for two families! Big outdoor space, the sun room is a great room for gatherings and the rest is nice, clean and had everything we needed. Great communication too.
