Friendly staff, was able to check in early. Breakfast was plentiful and really nice. Spacious room, bed comfortable, cups in room was stained and not cleaned very well otherwise a nice stay and good location near the bus station for the airport bus 500.

As ever, the staff were superb in their service operations as well as their personal presentations. Room accommodation was to the highest standard, despite the rather obvious tribulations with the heating systems. We shall return soon.

The room was freezing cold. It was also noisy. You could hear the music from nearby pubs and the adjoining room. It felt like they were in the same room. We complained to the receptionist about the room temperature only not be told room was fine. Eventually after complaining they brought us a heater up.

The staff were fanstastic. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, with good selection of hot and cold items. The room was poor, the heating didnt work (the staff helped and provided a small fan heater), two of the lights in the room didnt work, the walls were stained, and the desk chair also had horrible brown stains. I dont think I would stay here again. Sorry.
