Room was spacious- it was quite noisy in the evening / night as you could hear the music from bars close to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Eco friendliness- stickers on the toilet roll are not very eco friendly.

The hotel itself is great. Easy access to the train station (on site). Room is quite, very clean and beautifully furnished. If you are driving, dropping off clients and getting to parking is a nightmare. All most impossible to do. Love the hotel, but due to the parking situation, we would not stay here again.

The hotel in my opinion has seen better days. It is an old grand style hotel good beds, good bath annd shower and good WiFi. Terrible lighting, and an older person could injure themselves stepping in and out of the very deep tub. If you are driving do not stay at this hotel, almost impossible to navigate to, the car park is a three block walk with extremely narrow ramps. No Refrigerator, no ice buckets. If you are young and traveling by train, I’d consider the hotel. Right in downtown area with plenty of restaurants and close to all transportation. We would not stay here again.

Staff were amazing!

Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Glasgow and surrounded by many amazing restaurants and bars. 4th time staying here and staff were amazing as always! We had an issue with an aircon leak detector alarm going off at 3:30 am and the staff on the front desk came up and sorted it very promptly. Following day they had organised a different room and moved our luggage for us. These things happen and staff handled it perfectly. Thanks for another great stay. We will be back soon!
