We enjoyed our stay here until it was time to leave. The hotel had ordered us a cab to take us to the train station because one of our travel party was not feeling well. Our departure time came and went with no cab. We asked the desk and they assured us the cab was on the way. Finally, on our third trip to ask the desk where our cabwas, they told us no cabs were coming anywhere, so we had to walkseveral blocks to the train station with all our luggage.

My room view was awful. I flow 5,300m from México and I'm Hilton Member y even that I got that room (231). The people at the reception desk and in the breakfast was very nice.

The hotel is lovely. Spacious rooms, clean, beautiful pool and the restaurant was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a less than nice area of Glasgow so the surroundings are not great.
