Love love the microcabin! Everything you might need is provided and convenient set up - utterly charmed by this accommodation and area around clean quiet and well maintained- definitely would stay again!

Nice Small Place

Small and simple just like we expected. Hiking trails were nice, firewood was provided. Cabin was clean and Bob helped us find the turn in. and got us set up.

We had an exceptional time in the tiny micro cabin. Nice and clean and cozy. Owners were amazing in every way possible!! All we needed was more bug spray. 😌 Would definitely recommend!

Amazing

Stayed with my partner and our dog. Bob and Sharon were so nice even though we got in later. They checked in to see if we needed more fire wood or anything else to make our stay better. I would 100% stay there again!!

Micro Cabin-a slice of paradise!

100/10 stars! Bob and Sharon were quick to respond, friendly, warm, knowledgable and incredibly helpful! Such amazing hosts! The micro cabin is unreal, such a little gem! Cozy, clean, everything you want or need is there and ready to use. There was so much thought and effort into this cabin and the needs of guests. The property! Trails upon trails to explore. I spend so much time in the trails and yet I didn't get all the items on the savanger hunt, guess that means I'll have to go back next year for another stay! I'll be going back as often as I possibly can, I already look forward to it. Thank you Bob and Sharon for sharing this lovely, quiet, peaceful place with Myla and I! We appreciate you so much and we had the best vacation 🙂 They

This micro cabin was soooo nice for me and my little dog! We had the best time and look forward to returning and hopefully renting the tiny cabin as well with more friends and pups. The walking trails were very fun and everything was very well thought out and cute. The hosts were also very amazing people! Couldn't recommend enough.

Amazing would be an understatement!

Dear Bob & Sharon, In one sentence, we will come back! 😅 The cabin is amazing, everything so well thought out, very clean & with everything you need! As a couple, it was the perfect getaway, with lots of privacy & the vibe is just wow. The makeshift shower, the outhouse, the wash station all extremely clean + The hosts are super helpful & easy to deal with! 😅 P.S : just book it! No regrets Fezan & Massirah

The micro cabin was SO cute and homey! Everything that we could have needed to stay there (stuff for dining, stuff for entertainment, etc.) for the weekend was there - the amenities were so thoughtfully chosen. Not only was the cabin so fun to stay in, but the hosts were so hospitable as well. Definitely would stay there again!

My Great Escape

I had a great time walking the trails and experiencing the beautiful backdrop all around me and being close to nature (unfortunately mosquitoes are part of nature too). The hammock was my go-to spot to rest after having long walks and a quick shower using rainwater. My two nights were spent next to the warm glow of the fire pit and enjoyed the peace and solitude, punctuated by the occasional coyote yipping in the distance. Liked that the cabin is hooked up to solar panels for power, even for the small pump used for drawing drinking water. Love how the treetops swayed with the wind and the sound of the leaves rustling as if telling you to be still and chill. Hope to be back someday.

Fun time in Silence

Loved my getaway with my wife. We stayed warm in the cold October weather with lots of firewood and a great indoor stove. Great time in Gimli and enjoyed the peace and solitude of the land. Beautiful star-filled skies.

What a treat

The property is incredible. There are mowed hiking trails running all over this huge property that include features like a huge pond, a super romantic star gazer's bench, multiple scavenger hunts, and plenty of wildlife. The micro cabin is seriously perfect for what we wanted. There is just enough room to lounge on the couch, prepare dinner/make coffee, and the loft bed hangs above(note that if you're taller than 5'10 you might have to sleep diagonal). The tiny wood stove can keep it toasty when it's cold at night. Everything runs on solar power, so that was pretty cool too. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and a French press and kettle. The hosts provide all the firewood you could need. And our hosts were lovely and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Thanks Bob & Sharon!
