It's the perfect retreat for relaxing, and shopping in historic downtown Eufaula, Alabama. Sunset Cove is conveniently located 12 miles from Lake Point State Park. Where the fishermen weigh in the big bass during the tournaments. Centrally located 45 miles N of Dothan Al. and 45 miles S of Columbus Ga. Great house on the lake!

We’ve never been to this part of Georgia but it’s very pretty, hilly, and the lake is beautiful. The house was nice, with a big porch overlooking the lake.
