We booked with Expedia and it says pet fees are $50 and to call the hotel ahead to inform the hotel. No problem I called 3 times. First on Thursday the front desk clerk said we’ll note the account. Friday I called to ensure the note on the account and was transferred to reservations. Reservations was in communication with the hotel. According to the assistant manager emails were sent back and forth but no communication was sent to us. The disconnect is when we got to the hotel they placed us in a non pet room without informing us before hand they were doing this. Not even at check in. The issue is there is an additional fee for staying in a non pet room and no one told us this the 3 times I called. The surprise was at checkout. According to the assistant manager the additional fee was added on Friday evening before we arrived. Again no one informed us of this additional fee. We weren’t aware until we received the bill at checkout. The money is not the issue the issue is no one informed us we were being placed in a non pet room. We don’t know what a non pet rooms looks like so how were we supposed to know the difference. There were multiple opportunities for the hotel to inform us they were giving us a non pet room. The 3 times I called once Thursday, twice Friday, and upon check in on Saturday at approximately 4pm. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and sticking us with additional charges we didn’t consent to or were aware of. Hotel has updated the pet policy.

It was a nice stay. We thought the toilet was broken and tried to speak with housekeeping, None of them understood english. I asked front desk to give us 1 more towel and we never received it. The sink had a crack in it, it still worked. The mirror on the wall was broken off. We ate at the restaurant and you got a ton of food. The waiter NEVER came back to us after he took our order. He was 1 of 2 waiters for the whole restaurant. Lots of parking, lots to gamble. connected to the 3 other casinos. We did feel safe it was clean. Despite my complaints we would stay again.

We were traveling as a group 4 rooms. My mom (who is elderly)was two rooms from the elevator. The elevator obviously has motor issues-because it sounds loud. She got three hours of sleep the first of three nights. When she went the next morning to ask to be moved. She was told to come back later in the day to see if it was possible. The Assistant Manager was not professional at all with her. We went back later and was told no to moving. She was not offered a discount or any compensation. My husband and I ended up trading rooms with her so she could get some rest. The rooms were very clean.

This property is showing its age. Rooms are shabby and staff is indifferent. Food options are limited and little better than you would find in an airport kiosk. We had two rooms and asked for maid service. One room was cleaned and the other ignored. We had to send a food dish back from the restaurant because the meat had turned and smelled bad.

Good food options over priced as usual 2 water bottles and one coke and a candy bar and chips 25 bucks. The bed was good. Room was clean but they need to work on cleaning on top of the couch and around the couch lots of dust. Need to vacuum better. Need to not show what has been fixed on crappy job on stuff hotel front desk need to work on attitude it looked like they didn’t want to be bothered at all
