Just want to say that Dana at the front desk was amazing. She was helpful and extremely nice. And besides parking that is where to me the kind of stay it will be is by the front desk attitude. She was great the room was very nice and the other amenities were great. Will stay again for sure.

Bathroom wasnt cleaned there was a key and make up that had been there for along time that the housekeepers missed, when we checked in the front desk lady was very rude short i was standing there for a but and shes like um you are done you can go, asked to be moved rooms as they put us right next to the elevator out first night they told me all rooms were booked which is funny because the people staying that night hadnt even checked in yet but they would not even let us change rooms. Your casino is nice hate that you took out the buffet the food at the bar was bad the service there was good but food was nasty. Will not be staying there again.

Room: Broken window framing. Windows stuck open and temp was in the 30's! Staff: Practically non-existent and unhelpful when hunted down. Amenities: Really? There were amenities? This is one to avoid. Especially if you're handicapped, like me. Dozens of ADA violations in casino and hotel!

First day we arrived we realized the truck we had wouldn't fit in parking garage. We had to valet it and were there for work and needed thrthe truck and tools 2 times a day. Tipping the valet 10 times during our 5 day stay. parking is definitely not condusive to trucks. The fridge, window, and shower were broken right off the bat. The maintenance men were great, but the manager Neil was a disaster. The least helpful person ive dealt with in a managerial position. Take the free trolley to get anywhere in town its kind of tough to find parking. And if youre traveling with dogs the pet area is a small patch of weeds and dirt.
