Everything was clean. Could have been better lighting in the main room. Also, we had to walk up some stairs to get to our room, which we did have a lot of luggage, so we had to carry things up the stairs and down the stairs from and to the luggage cart.

Room was ok. Lots of issues with internet. TV Did not work. Bulb missing from reading light. Could not get the front desk. Dialed zero and nothing happened. Very frustrating. The staff was very nice checking in and out. Had issues with slots and called for service on machine and no one came.waited a long time. No one came. Happened the second time and against no one came to service or help me.

Room was clean , we were in 213 and the noise on the street was crazy loud. Even with double window, not much sleep. Also, hotel parking is a block away, should have been told that when booking as we have bad knees and backs. No elevator to the room, still had about 8 steps.
